The Prime Minister’s Office has some 250 employees, with an average age of 47.2 years. 60 per cent of the personnel are women and 40 per cent are men.

According to the classification of Statistics Finland, the training index of the Prime Minister’s Office is 5.4. About EUR 1105 per person was used on training the personnel in 2011 (including training costs, travel expenses and salary for the time spent on training).
