Minister Tuppurainen to visit Bratislava

Minister for European Affairs and Ownership Steering Tytti Tuppurainen will visit Bratislava on Friday 3 June. The programme for her visit will include participating in the GLOBSEC 2022 Bratislava Forum and several high-level meetings.

At the GLOBSEC Forum, Minister Tuppurainen will take part in a panel discussion on the theme of “European Responsibility in Time of Crisis”. While in Bratislava, the Minister will also meet with Commission Vice-President Maroš Šefčovič, Slovakian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy Richard Sulík and Slovakian State Secretary for European Affairs Martin Klus. Topics on the agenda at the meetings will include Russia’s war of aggression in Ukraine, energy policy and the rule of law.

GLOBSEC’s Bratislava Forum is an annual high-level conference focusing on the biggest global challenges of our time. The event is a forum for political decision-makers, business representatives, organisations and other opinion leaders.
