Prime Minister Sanna Marin will attend a video meeting of European Council members on Thursday 21 January in the evening to discuss strengthening the EU’s joint actions to combat the COVID-19 pandemic.
Topics to be discussed include large-scale distribution of vaccines and other measures to limit the spread of the virus. In Finland’s view, it is important to coordinate the Member States’ actions to combat COVID-19 and to ensure clear communication on EU-level measures.
