President of the Republic and Ministerial Committee on Foreign and Security Policy discuss the Government resolution on the refugee camp in al-Hol, current NATO issues and Government Report on Foreign and Security Policy

On Thursday 19 December, the President of the Republic and the Ministerial Committee on Foreign and Security Policy discussed the Government resolution of 19 December 2019 concerning the repatriation of Finnish children from the refugee camp in al-Hol.

The President and the Ministerial Committee on Foreign and Security Policy also received an update on current issues concerning the development of NATO and Finland's partnership with NATO.

In addition, the President and the Ministerial Committee discussed the preparation of the Government Report on Finnish Foreign and Security Policy.
