Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas will visit Finland on Friday 29 September at the invitation of Prime Minister Petteri Orpo. During her visit to Helsinki, Prime Minister Kallas will also meet with President of the Republic Sauli Niinistö.

Monday 25 September 2023 marks the eighth anniversary of the adoption of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development by the UN Member States. To honour this day and the Sustainable Development Goals, the Government will fly flags at the Government Place and Merikasarmi. This is part of the global SDG Flag Day celebrations.

Citizens’ Pulse: Experiences of fairness in society and trust in many institutions has deteriorated

Experiences of fairness in society have declined to their lowest level since spring 2020 in the Citizens’ Pulse survey conducted in September. Currently, 64 per cent of the respondents consider society to be at least somewhat fair, compared with 75 per cent in June.
