Prime Minister's Office
The Prime Minister's Office, a ministry led by the Prime Minister in person, is responsible for monitoring the implementation of the Government’s political programme. The Prime Minister’s Office also assists the Prime Minister in the general management of Government functions.

Responsibilities
The Prime Minister’s Office supports the Prime Minister and the Government in the planning of the Government functions and related decision-making. It assists the Prime Minister and the Government in their work and provides services for government agencies and the wider public. The Prime Minister's Office is also responsible for arranging services that support decision-making by the President of the Republic and the Government, appointing ministers' special advisers and their remuneration and translating statutes, i.e. acts and decrees, into the national languages of Finland.
